After mapping out all enhancement options to the exchange site, we started to organize them into two stories.
Search: Story one was more conservative and featured a smaller search box option that is close to what exists today. Bucketing results into news, people, and content.
Results: On the results page in both stories we added a space for the user to provide feedback and also run the same search on a different platform like GlobalNet, myLearning, etc.
Search: Story two was more progressive and featured a larger search box option. One larger search box option featured trending results of what other associates are currently searching and the second was a dynamic search box that would populate content as the users began to type bucketing results into news, people, and content.
Results: In addition to adding a feedback button and additional search options, we also showed what smart hub content would look like.
